Part 1: You Can Stop Your Panic Attacks NOW!
By NancyC on Dec 11, 2008 in Stop Panic Attacks, Stop Panic Attacks - Free Report
Greetings,
The purpose of this blog is share with you my story of how I became free and stopped panic attacks and anxiety from ruining my life.
I will share with you everything I tried over a 3 year span to rid myself of the fearful and debilitating panic attacks that came upon me due to a traumatic circumstance happening in my life - and yet how those attacks and anxiety continued long after I thought I had dealt with the trauma of the actual situation.
To make a long story short…I sold a business in 2002 for a substantial sum of money - but ended up being defrauded in a securities fraud scheme that left me virtually penniless - in other words, the business I had worked so hard to build was basically stolen from me.
I spent 3 years in court - and we proved 19 out of 20 points to legally prove securities fraud, yet through legal wrangling the jury found the company that perpetrated the theft not guilty on the major issues. I was left with a $300,000 attorney bill.
The only good thing that came out of it was the jury did award me $900,000 in attorney fees to cover the remainder of my attorney bill..yep, $1.2 million dollars in attorney fees, enough to make anyone lose a little sleep - wouldn’t you say? Not to mention the loss of everything else!
I’ll never forget the utter shock and dismay I had when the jury announced their verdict and the absolute dumbfounded look on the faces of my legal team - we had them dead to rights, we had legal experts testify to the fact there was securities fraud committed by the perpetrator AND his attorney - yet the jury let them go. It was a surreal experience.
Here’s an off topic tip for you, stay out of the legal system, it is a disgrace and rigged. Justice in America is dead when you have to put your life on the line in front of 12 people too stupid to get “out off jury duty”. Enough on that!
Obviously, this was a very traumatic and frightening experience, and over the next 3 years I suffered through much mental anguish and physically debilitating panic attacks worrying about my future - heck, worrying about simple things like putting food on my table.
I tried virtually everything to stop the pain of panic attacks, and I will share with you some of those - I will also share with you the only program I found that helped me - in fact, had me healthy and looking forward to life again.
Thanks For Reading,
Michael

Unbelievable, why isn’t that guy in jail? I tell you what, our justice system sucks….and juries, how stupid can they be? Sorry man, but glad you came out of it ok after all the years you had to deal with this…..thanks for the report btw, I’ve been having panic attacks for a couple years myself. Will give the Panic Away thing a try.

The legal system often refers to itself as the justice system. Having spent some time attempting to get justice through the legal system, I would have to agree with your opinion.
You really do want to stay out of the legal system if at all possible. In reference to the legal system, a friend of mine made the comment that justice was a rich man’s sport.
Good to hear Panic Away has helped you.

I think you just need to relax and focus on positive things. Panic attacks I think are just brought on in the mind by people who worry to much about little things in life.

You’re absolutely right about trying to focus on positive things… but when your logic is clouded by thinking less, makes that a bit of a chore.
I think once you’ve learned how to get a grip when things seem the worst, it does become easier… but you have to start somewhere in order to gain this control.
Thanks for your comment.
